Seminole Tribe of Florida former Chairman and current Council member and tribal historian Max Osceola recently spoke to students in Bob Clarke’s AMH 2010 class. Covering a wide range of topics from Indian Removal to modern Seminole culture, Max helped student’s understand different perspectives on U.S. History and answered a variety of questions from the audience. All in attendance gained much insight from Max’s perspectives and the UCF History department hopes to have a long, and productive relationship with Max and the Florida Seminoles in general.
